A 30-minute call with the hiring manager. Mostly to understand each other — capability, motivation, and constraints.

Take-home or paired exercise
Role-specific. Designed to be done in 2–3 hours. We pay for take-homes that take longer than that.

On-site round
Meet the team you would work with. Get a real feel for the floor — and ask anything you want, no script.

Decision in a week
We commit to a yes-or-no within seven days of your final round. No ghosting, no indefinite waits.
