Leasing / EMI / Device Subscription Agreement

1. Agreement Overview

This Agreement governs leasing, EMI, or subscription-based access to Ention devices. Parties: • Customer ("You") • Ention / Financial Partner ("Provider")

2. Nature of Service

Depending on plan: • Lease (ownership transfers after tenure) • Rental (no ownership transfer) • EMI (purchase financing)

3. Ownership

• Device remains property of Provider during lease • Ownership transfers only after full payment (if applicable) • For rental, ownership never transfers

4. Payment Terms

• Fixed monthly payments • Payment due dates must be strictly followed • Late payments may attract penalties

5. Credit & Approval

• Subject to KYC and credit checks • Managed by regulated financial partners • Ention does not guarantee approval

6. Default & Non-Payment

If payment is not received: • Late fees may apply • Access/services may be restricted • Device recovery may be initiated • Legal action may be taken

7. Device Usage

You agree: • To use the device responsibly • Not to resell, transfer, or tamper • Not to remove identification or tracking mechanisms

8. Maintenance & AMC

Depending on plan: • AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) may be included • Covers defined repairs/services only • Excludes physical damage, misuse

9. Damage / Loss

• Customer responsible for loss or damage • Repair/replacement costs may apply • Insurance (if included) governed by separate terms

10. Early Termination

If you terminate early: • Early exit fees may apply • Outstanding dues must be cleared • Device must be returned (if required)

11. End of Term Options

Depending on plan: • Ownership transfer • Upgrade option • Return device • Renew agreement

12. Data & Privacy

• Data handling governed by Privacy Policy • Device may collect diagnostics/logs • User must remove personal data before return

13. Third-Party Financial Partners

• Financing handled by third-party NBFCs/banks • They operate under their own agreements • Ention is not liable for their decisions

14. Limitation of Liability

Ention is not liable for financial losses due to: • Loan rejection • Payment issues • Partner actions

15. Governing Law

16. Dispute Resolution
