Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

1. Overview
This Refund, Return & Replacement Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made through Ention, including: • Direct-to-consumer (D2C) purchases • Enterprise and institutional orders • Custom-configured devices • Devices purchased under leasing, EMI, or financing arrangements By placing an order, you agree to this Policy.
2. General Policy Principle
Due to the customized and configuration-based nature of Ention products: Returns are limited and subject to eligibility conditions.
3. Return Eligibility (Standard Products)
Returns may be accepted ONLY if: • Request is raised within 7 days of delivery • Product is: • Unused • In original packaging • With all accessories, manuals, and invoice • No physical damage, misuse, or tampering
4. Non-Returnable Products
The following are NOT eligible for return: • Custom-configured laptops • Bulk / enterprise orders • White-label / OEM devices • Devices with installed/custom software or OS modifications • Opened/used products (unless defective)
5. Replacement Policy (DOA / Defective Products)
If a product is: • Dead on Arrival (DOA) • Has manufacturing defects Replacement will be provided if: • Reported within 48–72 hours of delivery • Verified by Ention support team
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only under the following cases: Eligible Scenarios: • Order cancellation before dispatch • Return approved under Section 3 • Product unavailable / not fulfilled Refund Process: • Processed within 7–10 business days after approval • Refunded via original payment method
7. Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
8. Enterprise & Bulk Orders
For enterprise/institutional purchases: • Returns and refunds are governed by separate agreements or contracts • Standard consumer return policy does not apply
9. Leasing, EMI & Financing Orders
For devices purchased under: • Leasing • Rental • EMI / financing Important Terms: • Refunds are not applicable after activation or delivery • Payment obligations remain with the user • Financial agreements are governed by: • Lending partners (NBFCs/Banks) • Separate financing contracts Ention is not responsible for loan cancellations or approvals.
10. Shipping & Reverse Pickup
Return shipping may be: • Covered by Ention (defective cases) • Charged to customer (non-defective returns, if approved) Reverse pickup is subject to service availability.
11. Inspection & Approval
All returned products will be: • Inspected by Ention team • Approved or rejected based on condition Refund/replacement is processed only after successful inspection.
12. Warranty vs Return
Returns ≠ Warranty claims. After return window closes, issues are handled under Warranty & Support Policy.
13. Abuse & Fraud Prevention
Ention reserves the right to: • Reject fraudulent return claims • Block repeat misuse • Take legal action if required
